A Movement is a Messy Thing

it cuts and bleeds and scratches
people get antagonised/seduced/alienated
it is never pure-nor holy
from a Christian crucifixion
to a holy roman orgy
from a real estate HOLLYWOOD
to a billion dollar industry
like a primal force is change
it will not be denied
it elevates and devastates simultaneously
the old must die-to make space for the new
old forms die too-archaisms wilt
when weeds replace alcoholy warriors
women see as witness-then become, themselves
it is happening now-inner and around
and those who deny and those who confirm
have only one choice-to rise the wave
or be drowned.
